Domestic Violence presentation
A presentation Barbara LaWall, Pima County Attorney, entitled "Stopping Domestic Violence in Pima County" is scheduled to be held Oct. 21 from 11:00-12:00pm at the Officer's Club. She will speak about the court's response to domestic violence, the work of the Domestic Violence Task Force, the Victim Witness Program, and other issues. Please RSVP at 228- 2101 for both the presentation and the lunch as seating is limited.

FREE TRAINING FOR ACTIVE-DUTY MILITARY PERSONNEL
The American Institute of Kenpo proudly offers tuition-free training to all active-duty military personnel. Kenpo Karate is a comprehensive system of modern self-defense and fitness. At the American Institute of Kenpo, they offer programs appropriate for students at all fitness levels, designed to improve coordination, strength and flexibility. The foundation of Karate is self defense, but you'll find training in Kenpo offers you many benefits: Self-Confidence, Self- Esteem, Self- Discipline, Achieve Goals, Physical Fitness and Reduced Stress. Adult classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7-8pm. Enrollment entitles you to two classes per week.

Donate men and women's dress shoes

Waiting Warriors
Waiting Warriors offers support for spouses before, during and after deployment in addition to a children's program called "What about me." Other Health Insurance
All retired military personnel and dependents must complete a DD Form 2569, which are available at all medical clinic reception areas and at the clinic/base exchange pharmacies. The Department of Defense still requires annual completion of the form even if Medicare or TRICARE are the only insurance providers. This form must be updated annually or whenever insurance information changes. For more information regarding the Third Party Collection Program call 228-1564.

D-Bar-M Saddle Club
Open to all active duty, retired, reserve military personnel and dependents of all military branches, spouses and Department of Defense employees employed on D-M. The facility provides opportunities for members to ride utilizing three riding arena's, a trail obstacle, three round pens, and one quarantine round pen as well as trail access. USDA Child & Adult Care Food Program
Meals will be made available to enrolled children at no separate charge. Lunch-time Bible study

Protestant youth group
A new protestant youth group is being formed for teens in seventh through 12th grade. Meetings are held every Sunday at the Youth Center from 3 p.m.
