D-M hosts Navy aircraft for training

The 355th Wing will be hosting fourteen F/A-18 Hornets from the U.S. Navy Jan. 22 to Feb. 8.

The U.S. Navy F/A-18 unit will be providing the 354th Fighter Squadron with a significant training opportunity to practice joint integration among multiple aircraft in a high-intensity conflict scenario.

During this time, the aircraft will take off from the installation and transit to the Barry M. Goldwater Range to practice integration with the Close Air Support experts in the 354th Fighter Squadron.
