12/5/2012 - A U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base’s 354th Fighter Squadron taxis to its parking spot at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Nov. 27, 2012. Affectionately called the “Warthog,” the A-10 is a specialized ground-attack aircraft which provides close air support to ground forces operating in Afghanistan.
