Unit:
355 Fighter Wing Plans, Programs and Inspections

Mission:
- Establishes wing objectives and directs planning, execution and reporting of operational readiness exercises, Unit Compliance Evaluations and on and off base emergency management exercises.
- Develops, coordinates, publishes, and maintains all wing contingency, special, exercise and war operational plans.
- Coordinates site activation task forces, base support for visiting units, Base Realignment and Closure issues, National Airborne Operations Center reception and support and is the wing focal point for TBMCS issues and training. XP also manages the wing Operation Security Program and the Air Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool.

Vision Statement:
Ensure the 355th FW is able to provide attack airpower and expeditionary combat support forces for worldwide employment by conducting realistic exercises, providing accurate assessment and recommending improvements to combat and combat support forces.

Members:
XP is comprised of four officers, five enlisted and one civilian.

Recent Accomplishments:
-Planned, scripted, and evaluated multiple operational exercises leading up to the successful Phase II operational readiness inspection
-Hosted successful Total Force Integration Site Activation Task Force visit in preparation of an Air Force Reserve association in the 357th and 358th Fighter Squadrons.
-Ensured smooth reception and bed-down of B-1 aircraft for critical operational and strategic modifications.
-Coordinated and hosted Vigilant Shield, a national level emergency management exercise and a national disaster medical system exercise involving on and off base first responders
