Tucson Community Cares
Published May 20, 2010
Tucson Community Cares is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3), non-profit, tax-exempt, public foundation. Its goal is to help collect both monetary and in-kind donations to augment funded programs that provide assistance for D-M Airmen and their families, especially when Airmen are deployed.
TCC believes it's important to take care of military families so they understand the appreciation the community has for their sacrifices. The organization recognizes that the proud service of Airmen and their families benefits all Americans, and so asks community members to "give back" however possible.
In short, the role of TCC is to accept community support through community donations, streamline that support to the Airmen and their families, and share the story of how your contributions make a difference to the Airmen, their families, and the local Air Force mission.
TCC is classified by the Department of Defense as a private organization and registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
