Last Will and Testament Appointments

The Davis-Monthan AFB Legal Office prepares Last Wills and Testaments for active duty, retired military members, and dependants. To set up an appointment, go to www.aflegalassistance.com. Scroll midway down the page and select the icon that says "Create Will and Advance Medical Directive Worksheet." Complete the worksheet. Once you are finished, the website will give you a ticket number. Call the legal office with this ticket number and make a Will appointment.
