A variety of services available for DM members and their eligible family members on the move:
Newcomer's Right Start Program
The Right Start program is a required appointment for active duty and it is designed to familiarize you with the base and the local Tucson area. A bus tour of the AMARG (Aircraft Maintenance and Regeneration Group) completes the half-day seminar. Members should attend the briefing within 30 days of arrival. Scheduling is handled by the member's unit when inprocessing. Military uniform is required and spouses are encouraged to attend. Childcare costs are covered if you plan to attend. Contact the Airman and Family Readiness Center for a list of authorized providers at 228-5690. Please be seated promptly at 0715 for the initial welcome by the Wing Commander/Command Chief.

Smooth Move - Relocation assistance briefings for permanent change of station moves- TMO, Legal, Family Advocacy, Finance, Airman & Family Readiness Center and House Office are all present for your information needs. Call 228-5690 to sign up for this briefing.
