D-M offers flu shot to dependents
DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --
The 355th Medical Group will offer the flu shot to beneficiaries 10 and older at the Community Center Dec. 1-5 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For safety reasons all children under the age of 10 need to go to the Immunization Clinic, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Starting Dec. 1, the Immunization Clinic will be closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
