Chief Master Sergeant Jeremy M. Ravlin is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 355th Fighter Wing, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. He is the senior enlisted advisor to the installation commander on mission effectiveness, professional development, readiness, training, utilization, health, morale, and welfare of 7,500 enlisted Airmen in the wing. The wing provides A-10C aircraft for close air support and forward air control, combat support, and medical forces for requirements of combatant commanders worldwide. Chief Ravlin also works with base and community leaders to develop and implement policies and programs that positively impact the quality of life for more than 10,000 military personnel, civilian employees, and family members on the installation.
Chief Ravlin grew up in Vermont. He entered the Air Force in October 1988. Following Basic and Technical
Training, he served as a C-130 crew chief at Little Rock and Elmendorf AFBs. In addition to performing duties as a C-130 crew chief, he filled several roles: Quality Assurance Inspector, IG Inspector, Flight line Expediter, Production Superintendent, Flight Chief, Maintenance, Helicopter Unit, and Squadron Superintendent roles and MXG Chief Enlisted Manager. Chief Ravlin has deployed extensively to multiple locations in support of Operations PROVIDE RELIEF, NOBLE EAGLE, VOLANT SHOGUN, STABILZE, SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and JOINT TASK FORCE FULL ACCOUNTING. He assumed his current duties in July 2015.
