Change in pharmacy refill processing

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Beginning July 1, 2011, the turn-around time for requests for pharmacy refills will be increased to two duty days.

All refill requests must be called into the Automated Refill System at 228-5007 and will be available for pick-up at the BX pharmacy. As an example, if a refill was called in on Tuesday prior to 8 a.m., the refill would be ready on Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

All pharmacy sites are closed on weekends and holidays. Please allow one additional day for processing on holiday weekends. Also, both pharmacies close at 10 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month for mandatory training.
