TUCSON, Ariz. -- For the past month, aircraft maintainers and air crew stationed here have been working in different surroundings. The Airmen were uprooted from the comforts of the base flight line and moved to various locations, specifically Tucson International Airport, to make way for runway maintenance required to preserve its integrity.
