ACC commander sends holiday safety message Published Nov. 29, 2010 LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Fellow Airmen, The holiday season is here! As we celebrate and enjoy the company of family and friends, let us remember our fellow Airmen serving around the world and not able to be with family. Fiscal year 2010 was ACC's safest year on record for fatal mishaps. However, the holidays bring added risk for safety incidents as we celebrate and travel long distances. Now is not the time to let our guard down ... even one fatality is too many. Let's be safe and smart by taking precautions to make this a mishap-free holiday season. I hope you'll take this time to reconnect with your loved ones, friends, and fellow Airmen. A resilient culture starts with each one of us, so let's recharge our batteries and begin 2011 ready to reach new successes. Bev and I wish all of you a safe and happy holiday season! Sincerely, Will WILLIAM M. FRASER III General, USAF Commander
