D-M LOA Chapter promotes visit to UPS Distribution Facility

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- The Logistics Officer Association is supporting a trip for all maintenance, logistics and senior noncommissioned officers to tour the Tucson UPS distribution center Nov. 19.

This trip will explore UPS' supply chain, logistics concepts, organization and efforts to 'green' their workflow.

Attendees will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot between the 355th Logistic Readiness Squadron 'horseshoe' and the 923rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Headquarters. The group should return to base by 11 a.m.
