Cook 355th Fighter Wing Public Affairs DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- The time has come again for DM's little ghouls, ghosts and goblins to haunt the streets in search of sugary treats. This year, DM'S on-base trick-or-treating hours will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. Parents can do their part to keeps kids safe by ensuring that children are chaperoned at all times, especially while crossing the street. Parents should also be sure to make themselves and their trick-or-treaters as visible as possible during the hours of darkness. A good idea is to use reflective tape or wear a reflective belt. Motorist should be on a more vigilant watch during trick-or-treating hours as there will be an increased number of pedestrians in residential areas on base. The speed limit in residential areas is 15 mph. Following these simple tips will help make it a very safe Halloween for all.
