Second-quarter award winners recognized

The Desert Lighting Team held its quarterly awards ceremony Aug. 13, 2010, recognizing the top base performers from the period of April through June.

The eight Airmen and civilian winners were selected from a total pool of more than 5,000 eligible personnel.

The second-quarter award winners for all of the Desert Lightning Team are:

The quarterly awards program provides recognition for outstanding military and civilian members who demonstrate exceptional duty performance, personal character, integrity, initiative, and an effort to improve themselves, as well as enhance their unit's efficiency and effectiveness.
