Arias 355th Logistics Readiness Squadron Hazmart DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Free issue, hazardous materials/waste minimization The Hazmart has a free issue storage area. The hazardous materials are new and serviceable but have been returned because they are either excess or are no longer required by the shops. These items have already been paid for and shops who are authorized and could use the hazardous materials will not be charged. Please remind your shops of the free issue storage area and also remind them only to order the minimum amount to do the job and avoid wasting expired hazardous materials. Household hazardous materials We also manage the Household Hazardous Materials storage area. This program was established so personnel who are PCSing or no longer required new or partially used household hazardous materials, to include: bleach, chlorine tables, oils, cleaning supplies, can bring said items to the Hazmart, located in building 5227. We will check them for serviceability and stock the shelves. These items are provided to base personnel at no cost on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions call the Hazmart at 228-5588.
