TCC, ASDM team up to offer Adopt-A-Bear program for deployers' families

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --  Thanks to Tucson Community Cares and the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, families with an Airmen deploying between June and November 2009 can create and take home a special stuffed bear that will play a recording of the deployer's voice -- all for free -- June 6, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the ASDM.

Attending families each get a bear, free entrance to the museum, a food-discount coupon, and a special pass to return to the museum at a later date.

Eligible and interested families should immediately contact their first sergeant to register.
