It is my heartfelt wish to you and your family for a joyous holiday, a Merry Christmas, and a prosperous New Year! Where possible, take the opportunity to relax and re-energize while enjoying some time off with your friends and loved ones. Even if you can throttle back a little, never forget the wingman concept- it will bring everyone back safe and healthy to start the new year. Also, please remember those deployed from home during this holiday season.

I thank you for your continued dedication to Davis-Monthan and service to our Nation. Tricia and I are honored by the support you've given us since we arrived. We wish you all the best for 2009 and look forward to the challenges we'll face together as the Desert Lightning team!
