School, sport physicals now available Published May 19, 2008 By 355th Medical Group DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Enrollee school and sport physical appointments are available daily at the 355th Medical Group until Sept. 1. There will be no weekend clinics this summer due to deployments and PCS transitions in addition to provider shortages, so please schedule appointments now and throughout the summer. To schedule an appointment, call the central appointment line at 228-2778, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The clinic can provide a list of providers in the community who will also do school/sport physicals for a cost of $35 to $70. While school physical for children five to 11 years old is a TRICARE covered benefit; sport physicals are not and will not be reimbursed. Call the clinic at the above listed number for more details.
