Operation Warm and Dry goes to Issyk-Kul

Martin is the 376th AEW Theater Security Cooperation division’s medical director and the Issyk-Kul mission trip leader. He is deployed to the Transit Center from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz.
