Honor Flight 2011

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. April Little, 355th Force Support Squadron, welcomes home Mr. Robert Berni, retired Navy World War II veteran, from his trip to Washington, D.C., with Honor Flight Tucson at Tucson International Airport Oct. 21, 2011. Honor Flight Tucson is powered by volunteers that perform a plethora of duties from travel agent to travel companion. The organization sponsors war veterans on visits to Washington, D.C., where they are escorted to the commemorative memorials by their travel companions and military volunteers.
