LuAnn Gaylor, 355th Mission Support Group superintendent, "tack" master sergeant stripes on Master Sgt. Jamie Harwick, 355th Civil Engineer Squadron section chief of unaccompanied housing, here Dec. 9. Sergeant Harwick earned his rank on the spot as a selectee for the Stripes for Exceptional Performers program, which allocates a small handful of stripes to each wing per year.
