DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. - An Airman from the 355th Security Forces Squadron demonstrates proper procedures when utilizing a fire distinguisher here Oct. 7, 2010. Hosted by the Davis-Monthan fire and emergency services flight, this served as a training event in which the fire fighters staged common scenarios and Airmen were asked to identify potential fire hazards. The theme for National Fire Prevention Week this year is ‘Beep! Beep! Beep! Smoke Alarms: A sound you can live with” highlights the importance of fire safety within the home.
