EC-130H aircraft ready for upgrades

Capt. Rhett Brown, a flight crew member from the 661st Aeronautical Systems Squadron based out of Waco, Texas, performs preflight operations checks on an EC-130H Compass Call aircraft here Aug. 16, 2010, prior to departing for depot-level maintenance.
