Leadership is something every Airman must demonstrate, no matter what their rank, according to 55th Electronic Combat Group Commander Col. L. Dean Worley, Jr. The colonel says Airmen can evaluate their leadership skills by asking themselves three questions: Do you deliver positive results? Do you use every tool available to accomplish the mission? Do you create a climate for success?
