Mr. Marvin Voorhees III, Communications and Navigations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge Air Reserve Technician, instructs Senior Airman Jeffery Crump, an Electronic Warfare Apprentice, on the initial procedures of replacing an HH-60s rescue hoist.
