U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Brian M. Stumpe accepts the 355th Civil Engineer Squadron guidon from Col. Rodger G. Schuld, 355th Mission Support Group commander, during a change of command ceremony at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., July 24, 2014.
