National Salute to Veteran Patients
U.S Air Force Col. Kevin E Blanchard, 355th Fighter Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Dawna Cnota, 355th FW command chief, visit veterans at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Tucson, Ariz., Feb. 12, 2014. Blanchard and Cnota spent time with the veterans in observance of the National Salute to Veteran Patients, which honors veterans, increases community awareness of Veteran Affairs' role in providing comprehensive medical care to our nation's veterans and encourages citizens to become involved in the care of veterans through VA Voluntary Service.
