U.S. Air Force Airmen speak to different agency representatives about future plans during Capstone at the education center at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Dec. 10, 2013. Capstone should be completed 90 days prior to separation/retirement, but exceptions will be made for short-notice administrative discharges or medical discharges.
