Randal Patterson, General Services Administration area property manager for Arizona, carries two new computer monitors into the Airman and Family Readiness Center where they will be installed as part of a systems upgrade at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Nov. 11, 2013. More than 20 monitors were transferred to A&FRC accounts through the GSA Federal Acquisition Service which assists government agencies with the procurement of items such as office supplies, computer products, security and furniture.
