414th CTS SERE maritime tactics, techniques and procedures
U.S. service members are pulled to deeper water as part of open-water survival, evasion, resistance and escape training during Exercise Red Flag-Rescue 26-1 at San Diego, California, Feb. 17, 2026. The training reinforced the tactics, techniques and procedures necessary to survive in the event of water isolation.
