D-M has $1 billion impact on local community

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz --  D-M circulated over $1 billion and helped create over 4,150 jobs in the local area, according to D-M's Fiscal year 2010 Economic Impact Analysis, released here April 19.

An EIA is an annual publication designed to inform the community of personnel assigned or employed by the base, annual payroll, construction expenditures, and an estimated number and dollar value of indirect jobs created by D-M's presence on the surrounding communities.
