HC-130J simulator ribbon cutting Published Oct. 28, 2013 By 031013 DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. - -- A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new HC-130J Simulator Training Facility will be held here Oct. 30. at 10 a.m. This is the first fully functional HC-130J Simulator for Air Combat Command, the higher headquarter to D-M. Col. Kevin Blanchard, 355th Fighter Wing commander and Col. Sean Choquette, 563rd Rescue Group commander will be cutting the ribbon. Col. The device was delivered to the 563d Rescue Group, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona in 2013.
