Clinic to offer sports, school physicals

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Mark your calendars: The base clinic will offer sports and school physicals July 17 and Aug. 14. The physicals will be good for the 2009-2010 school year.

To schedule an appointment, call 228-2778. Please bring whatever children's school forms when you arrive for the physical.

Immunizations will also be available.
