DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --

Every year, Airmen across Davis-Monthan Air Force Base observe Police Week, a weeklong observance that pays tribute to the sacrifice, strength and unwavering commitment of Security Forces members and law enforcement personnel. To kick off this year's event, Airmen from the 355th Security Forces Squadron completed a four-mile ruck on May 18, 2026, to honor the fallen defenders and strengthen the resilience and teamwork that defines the warrior ethos. The event reinforces the resilience required to carry the mission forward and the teamwork that unites defenders under a common purpose.
