DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. --

U.S. Air Force master sergeants and master sergeant selects participated in the Senior Noncommissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminar at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, Aug. 3-5, 2026.

The seminar provided leadership tools, operational insight and mentorship to prepare SNCOs for strategic leadership and the evolving demands of the force. Participants also completed a leadership crucible consisting of mission-based exercises that tested communication, problem-solving, resource allocation and decision-making under physical and mental stress.

The seminar supports 355th Wing priorities by developing mission-ready leaders prepared to strengthen their teams and execute the mission.
