Bowlers can take their game to the next level with bowling clinics at Davis-Monthan Lanes. The sessions will be coached by Del Delgado, pro shop operator, and James Kraykovich, 355 Force Support Squadron bowling center manager.

The next session is scheduled for February 8th, and registration starts the Thursday prior.
"The reactions from the people when they first throw that perfect ball, that is the 'a-ha' moment," Delgado said. "It's perfect. It's a great feeling."

The clinics are for those looking to brush up on their bowling skills and for anyone looking to get serious about competitive bowling. Some techniques that will be taught are release point, steps, judging the oil, knowing when to change balls, and when to transition from one shot to another.

A minimum of five people is required for each group session, and the cost is $10 per person. Individual lessons are also available upon request.

The clinics scheduled for the rest of the year are February 8th, March 8th, April 12th, May 10th, June 7th, July 12th, August 9th, September 13th, October 11th, November 8th, December 12th.
