    In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. Air Force bases are adapting new protocol to ensure the safety of their most valuable assets: the Airmen, civilians and their families that are assigned to the installations. The Ground Transportation Operations Center of the 355th Logistics Readiness Squadron leads the way in taking measures to help mitigate the spread of the virus with their innovative efforts of creating a contact-less method to acquire their vehicles.

    Most people hear the words Apple and think either a fruit or an electronic device, but for the 924th Fighter Group it means efficiency. The “Termites” were chosen by the Air Force Reserve Command to be the test unit to work directly with Apple in the development of an Integrated Maintenance Database System application. This application will increase productivity for the Airmen who work on the flightline.
  • Thinking outside of the box: 355th LRS enhances deliveries using Wi-Fi

    The 355th Logistics Readiness Squadron devised a new method that has changed its efficiency of delivering supplies to more than 250 organizations. The approach of tracking deliveries through Wi-Fi developed when 355th LRS personnel discovered they were spending too much time finding signatures that were dropped on account of the outdated system.
