Retired Chief Warrant Officer 2 Robert Hertel, 92-year-old World War II veteran, is greeted by P-47 Thunderbolt Heritage Flight pilots, and U.S. Air Force General Hawk Carlisle, Commander of Air Combat Command, at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Feb. 28, 2015.
