Razor's Edge
U.S. Air Force pararescuemen assigned to the 48th Rescue Squadron, shields and directs simulated vehicle rollover casualties to take cover from a simulated sniper attack during a mass casualties exercise at Barry M. Goldwater Range, Ariz., Dec. 7, 2016. While the simulated casualties were moved to a location to receive more care, hostile forces performed a simulated attack driving the pararescuemen to shield victims and take cover while continuing medical treatment.
