48th RQS PJs primed for deployment upon completing extensive training cycle

Two U.S. Air Force pararescuemen from the 48th Rescue Squadron secure an objective area during a tactical medical training course in Perry, Fla., Dec. 12, 2017. During the five day course, the PJs were tasked with a variety of missions in which they were required to clear opposing forces, and provide medical treatment and extrication to isolated personnel.
