55th RQS training
A U.S. Air Force special missions aviator assigned to the 55th Rescue Squadron performs preflight checks on an HH-60G Pave Hawk on the flight line at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, Jan. 5, 2023. These highly trained specialists are responsible for multiple integral roles, monitoring all functions for the aircraft and providing weapon defense to ensure the aircrew is successful when completing their mission.
