Pararescuemen conduct in-flight medical training

A U.S. Air Force pararescueman assigned to the 48th Rescue Squadron takes a simulated casualty’s vitals onboard a U.S. Air Force HC-130 Combat King II aircraft near Tombstone, Arizona, Aug. 25, 2026. After completing treatment, the pararescueman playing the casualty switched places with the other Airman so they could both practice their medical skills.
