Pararescuemen conduct in-flight medical training

A U.S. Air Force pararescueman assigned to the 48th Rescue Squadron takes a simulated casualty’s vitals onboard a U.S. Air Force HC-130 Combat King II aircraft near Tombstone, Arizona, Aug. 25, 2026.
