Power outage claims made through 355th FW Legal Office

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- The 355th Fighter Wing Legal Office will assist in processing food spoilage claims resulting from the power outage in Soaring Heights on Sept. 10.

Claims may be filed on-line at https://claims.jag.af.mil or in person at the Davis-Monthan AFB Community Center (on Craycroft Road) from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Sept. 13 through Sept. 16.

To file a claim, please have a copy of your orders assigning you to Davis-Monthan AFB, a photograph of the inside of your refrigerator/spoiled food, any recent grocery receipts, and information about your renter's insurance policy (if any).

Prior to filing with the USAF, you must file with your private insurance company if the amount claimed is over your deductible.
