Public Meeting To Be Held To Discuss Study of Operation Snowbird

The Wyle-Aerospace Group will host a public meeting to discuss the Operation Snowbird Safety Procedures and Operational Study Oct. 29 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Ward 6 office located at 3202 East 1st St.

The purpose of the meeting is to explain and discuss the study. The Wyle-Aerospace Group will provide an overview of its experience and capabilities followed by a description of the study's scope and timeline. The meeting will conclude with a question and answer session.

The purpose of the Operation Snowbird Safety Procedures and Operational Study is to review all available data, including public comment, to provide an analysis with findings and recommendations for use by the Air Force. During the course of the study, public meetings will be held to review progress and receive public comment. This study will be conducted in an open, transparent and inclusive manner.
