The 214th Attack Group, assigned to the 162nd Wing and geographically located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona will temporarily utilize hangar space at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base to accommodate two MQ-9 Reaper aircraft.

This temporary relocation is necessary to house the aircraft while construction is ongoing at Fort Huachuca.

As a result of this transition, the local community and base personnel may observe an increase in MQ-9 sorties departing from and arriving at Davis-Monthan AFB. This temporary increase in flight activity is scheduled to continue through April 30, 2027, and is conducted in direct support of routine training operations.

The 214th Attack Group and Davis-Monthan AFB remain committed to safely executing their missions while minimizing the impact on the surrounding communities. All flight operations will continue to strictly adhere to standard Federal Aviation Administration and Department of War regulations.
