Two F-15 units will train at D-M this summer Published June 17, 2015 By 130615 DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Davis-Monthan Air Force Base will host two F-15 units for training this summer. Fourteen F-15E Strike Eagles from the 334th Fighter Squadron, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, will be at D-M Jun 12-27. The pilots and Weapons System Officers will be completing their Surface Attack Tactics phase of their training. Twelve F-15SG from the 428th Fighter Squadron, Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, will be at D-M July 7 - August 24. D-M is hosting the unit while the Mountain Home AFB runway is closed for required maintenance. During their visits, the aircrews will adhere to all Davis-Monthan arrival and departure procedures and noise abatement procedures.
