Four units will train at D-M during March Published March 16, 2015 By 020315 DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Davis-Monthan Air Force Base will host four U.S. military flying units for training during March. * Four KC-130 Hercules from the Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 452, N.Y., are here conducting annual training in preparation for future deployments through March 22. * Eight F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 157th Fighter Squadron, S.C., will be conducting training in nearby ranges Mar 18-23. * One KC-135 Stratotanker from the 134th Air Refueling Wing, Tenn., will be here supporting the F-16s with refueling operations during their training, Mar 18- 23. * One C-130 Hercules from the 179th Airlift Wing, Ohio, will be conducting a variety of aircraft tests, Mar. 20- May 1. The training scenarios will take place in southern Arizona's many outstanding military training ranges and will give the units a chance to test their skills preparing them for future operations. During their visits, the pilots will adhere to all Davis-Monthan arrival and departure procedures and noise abatement procedures.
