WinnResidential Military Housing Services, the firm providing property management and maintenance services for Lend Lease's military housing portfolio, including Soaring Heights Communities at Davis-Monthan, has been recognized as a 2014 SatisFacts National Award Winner in resident satisfaction.

SatisFacts, the leading national resident relationship management services company, has recognized WinnResidential Military Housing Services as a "Top Five Company" and a recipient of its "Superior Portfolio Score" in its Insite 365 Day/Year Resident Feedback Program category. Additionally, 97 of WinnResidential Military Housing Services' neighborhoods across the country, including the Soaring Heights at Davis-Monthan neighborhoods, were recognized as "Property Insite Award" winners for "Exceptional & Superior Overall Resident Satisfaction".

The team at Davis-Monthan is continually seeking ways to better serve the Soaring Heights community and residents. The Insite 365 Day/Year Resident Feedback program has allowed residents to provide real feedback in a safe and comfortable environment. This information has allowed Soaring Heights to make improvements they feel are important to the residents and their neighborhoods.

"We appreciate this award because it tells us our residents are happy and at home at Soaring Heights, and that's our primary goal," said Carolyn Decker, Director of Property Management for Soaring Heights.  "Recognition from the SatisFacts team is a huge motivator for our staff, and we're very proud to be counted among some of the best properties in the nation."

SatisFacts works with over 200 management companies and over a million apartment homes nationally. Awards are based on resident perceptions that the company's leadership and team members are focused on implementing best practices that impact satisfaction and retention.
